In January and February 2018, the Business Advocacy Network and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry operating in the provinces organized regional round-table discussions on tax, inspection and SME policies in Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Shirak, Tavush and Lori.
Representatives of about two hundred business communities have taken part in regional round-table discussions. The speakers presented to the participants the changes in tax, inspection and SME policies, as well as a number of issues in the above mentioned spheres . The issues presented by the businessmen were discussed,

• The threshold of the circulation tax;
• difficulties in accessing credit facilities for SMEs due to their short-term nature, strict pledge requirements and lack of alternative funding sources
• Participation in public procurement processes.

By collecting and summing up the issues in the relevant fields, the Business Advocacy Network Secretariat and network affiliates will present a discussion with relevant government policymakers.
