The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Yerevan and IBS Consulting Group organized a seminar-discussion on “Effective Sales Management”, wich speaker was the professional consultant, business trainer Hayk Manasyan.
Within the framework of the seminar-discussion, the essence of sales, the main types, its peculiarities were considered.
Hayk Manasyan provided the participants with the necessary knowledge to sell, in particular, the skills needed to a professional sale, as well as the extent of their impact on the sales process. Mechanisms and methods of effective customer service and customer relationships have been described.
