Seminar-discussion on “Value Added Tax”

On December 18, Seminar-discussion on “Taxes of Increased Value” was held in RA Chamber of.
The event was organized by Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and “Fin. AM Consulting “company. Representatives of more than three dozen member companies of the Chamber participated in the discussion.
Greeting the participants of the seminar, Acting Executive Director of Yerevan Chamber of Commerce Artak Mikayelyan presented the need for the organize a seminar-discussion and inform about changes in Taxes.

Arman Mkrtchyan mentioned that from January 1, 2018, the RA Tax Code will come into force in Armenia, which sets new regulators for the “Incremental Value Added Tax”. In his speech Arman Mkrtchyan presented in detail the VAT regulation, in particular, the taxable object, the tax base, VAT zero rate transactions, VAT refund procedure, VAT amounts to be transferred, revocation provisions, postponement of VAT payment, and so on.
As a result of the discussion the participants received clarifications on issues not settled for them.
